Problems with Virtual CD and non-admin users

I have a few "public" computers, basically the non admin users have no rights
to do anything but to run apps that we already installed in them. Because
they are public computers they cannot run apps that require a CD to be
present in the computer. I have all the licenses I need, but the way I want
to do it is to create and ISO and using Virtual CD let the public use the
software without having the CDs in the comp.
It works very well for anybody logged in as an Admin, but not for the
regular user. I gave the pubic rights to run the exec, but it doesnot work. I
keep getting a message that says the user does not have rights to modify the
registry (the user need to imput his/her name) but don'k really know where or
what to modify in the registry. I am basically lost. Can anybody give me a
helping hand?
Thanks
