first, sorry for my poor english...
I imported an INF file of a PC104+ card by the Component Designer and then
imported the sld to the Data Base. I browsed the files and resources of the
..sld file and it looks fine (to my knowledge and it's not much...).
When I am adding the component in the Target Designer I get the message :
"Can not find the resource paths for.... Please check component definitions"

It sounds as though you didn't create a repository for the files. You'll
want to:

1. Create a repository, pointing to a source path for the files.
2. Point your new component to that repository.
3. Save the SLD
4. Import it
