My wife and I both run XP Professional. If I want to group some files,
photos, etc to delete or put in a file. I hold the control key and click on
the files I want to delete or whatever. It highlights them as a group. This
does not work with my wife's computer. Can someone tell my how to turn on
this feature on my wife' computer?

This feature cannot be turned on or off, it is hard-coded in. I would
check the other keyboard.

That is a system level function and can not be turned on/off or changed.
