I am aware that in XP Home Edition you have to set file permissions in
safe mode. I have four accounts set up on my pc, two of which are
administrator accounts. The problem I have is the other administrator
account has access to all folders except my folders. Can someone
explain step by step how to set the file permissions so this account
has access to my folders? I have read the Microsoft knowledge base
article on this but didnt find this helpful.
