Ever since I've installed SP2, my system restore has not worked. I tried to
go to the "Restore tab" and when I clicked on it all I got was a RunDLL
error. Any Help Out there?

Hi,

Reinstalling System Restore should fix it. The only down side is, all
restore points will be lost.
How to reinstall System Restore:
