XP tablet edition is XP Pro with extras added for pen/ink.

Antivirus program: Any antivirus program that works on regular XP will work
in the tablet edition.

Office program: Same as above however Office 2003 includes some nifty
tablet features that are not present in previous versions of MS Office.

Special versions are not required. Standard ones are fine.
