Bug Windows Explorer - Problem to File|New|Folder

Hi ppl

When I try to access the File options - New - Folder, it is impossible.

I have very many options to "File - New":
-folder (but is impossible to access)
-file
-----
-many kind of files
-...

When a try to access the File - new - "folder", then the option disappear.
If I haven't very many kind of files, then the option works fine (less
than 27 to 800x600).

The way to create a folder so is by mouse right click, or by keyboard too.

Someone know how to correct this ?
(this problem occurs on Win XP SP4)

1. There is NO Windows XP SP4. Are you using Windows 2000 SP4?

2. You question is not at all clear. What does the screen resolution have to
do with the number of files in a folder?

Rewrite the question in a clear concise way please. Be accurate in your
description of the problem.

Ow, i did a mistake, is Win XP SP2.
When more resolution, so more capacity in quantity of objects is
possible to show..

When the list (on Windows Explorer, menu files) have more than a screen
the problem happens..
