Is there any software avilable that can keep a record of who's logged in and
out and at what time. Or is there a way Windows XP Pro do this.

I am running a single computer with 5 users.

In Windows XP Pro you can enable auditing for logon events - Results appear
in Event Viewer/Security - See:
