I worked with Windows XP Embedded Evaluation copy and i purchase Full
version.
How can i upgraqde the kit without loosing my DB and Componenets?

Uzi,
Unfortunately you have to backup your components and reinstall the database
from scratch and import your components again. However, once you have the
full version tools and DB installed you can backup the DB and reload the
tools, etc without losing data. It's going from eval to full that is the
issue.
