windows update

for all the you power users I ask.....Why when I click on windows update do I
get this ???
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/thanks.asp?...I have been a win xp
user for yrs and have not changed anything that I know of....Can any one help
????
Windows xp home sp1 ( sp2 causes way too many problems which no one can see
to fix)
Norton security 2004 ( all updates included )
Counterspy ( all updates included )
running a linksys router (latest firmware installed with ALL ports stealthed )
