File Extension - Reverse

I know I can go to the "File Types" tab, where it will list each type of
file extension, and its associated program.

Is there a way to find out the reverse - what will link to a particular
program? I know I can sort in File Types, but it uses the "name" (ie.,
Microsoft Word) instead of the program ("WINWORD.EXE").

Is there a utility or something where I can say - hey, show me what will
default to WINWORD.EXE? Or to any other .EXE?

Hi,

Nothing by default, whether or not a program will support an extension might
be found under its tools/options/preferences. This may help: www.filext.com
