Hello, my volume goes up in intensity or down without warning when listening
to my mp3's. Is this speaker problem or a virus?

Thanks in advance.

More likely either a driver problem or a media player issue. I'd start with
the latter.

Rick probably is correct but don't overlook the possibility of a hardware
problem.
