MSN Explorer

In my Add /Remove Windows Components listing is MSN Explorer. It is checked
and is using 20 MG. I do not use MSN as my ISP but think the capability of
using MSN came with my pc.What is it and can I safely uncheck it? TIA Stan

Yes, you may safely uncheck it to uninstall MSN.
