Winsock.scr please help

Help i keep getting this message at startup, its only just started doing it
and my comp running real slow since it started saying it. I have heard that
its a virus but idone avg,norton and Mcafee but found nothing please help!!i

Hi,

Click start/run, type system.ini and click ok. Look for a line that loads
winsock.scr, put a semicolon in front of that line (this comments it out so
it does not load, the line is ignored). Close saving changes, then reboot
and see if that resolves it.
