I've just been uninstalling some unecessary windows tools, does anybody know
if I need management and monitoring tools?

I have a single user pc connected to a home office via a dialup ISP
provider.

Windows tools are unnecessary in the same way that a spare tire in the trunk
of your car is unnecessary. When you don't need it, you don't need it. But
if you need it and you don't have it....

Yeah exactly! In the same way that if you have a Ford Pinto you would need a
spare engine in the trunk! But if you dont have one, you don't go very far.

Can't put a spare engine there! That where they put the gas tank for the
explode on impact FX!
