I deleted my sons user name and I lost all my settings, email, msn etc... Is
there anyway I can get my email messages back, some of them was important?

O&O Unerase might help - see here:

Your best bet would be to temporarily install your hard
disk as a slave disk in some other WinXP/2000 PC, to
avoid overwriting whatever is left of your son's files.

After retrieving the files, you might want to reconsider your
decision of not backing up important files to an independent
medium on a weekly basis. For less than $100.00 you could
get a large backup disk in a USB case.

Maybe that is your punishment for abusing your kid.

Search for Dbx files. Include hidden files.
