The OP was asking for free or open-source software. Bootit NG costs
$34.95. (There's a list of free software on the company site, but
Bootit isn't included.)

If you want something to resize NTFS partitions I've used ntfsresize but
only in a test environament:

http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/man/ntfsresize.html

As with using ANY partitioning software make sure you backup first.

The shareware version (which can be downloaded) has all the features of the full version and does
not have a 'time-bomb'.

Check your hard disc manufacturers web site, they often have disc cloning
software for free, if not then check one of the other manufacturers.

"Free" means it's distributed gratis. Using shareware without paying
for it isn't free, it's stealing.
