Hello all,

Anyone's help is urgently needed, I download this program called Bit Lord.
Now I am not happy with this program as it is not downloading what i want, I
want to go back to Bit Torrent another downloading software, now I tried to
delete Bit Lord and had no luck now i have sent all of it's program files to
the recycle bin and deleted them and the program is still there. I have tried
going to Add/Remove programs but the programme was not on the list!
Please, I would realy appreciate if someone helped me, it is very urgent!

Thankyou!!!

Did you check Add/Remove programs BEFORE you manually deleted files? If not,
you might want to reinstall the software and then try removing it with
Add/Remove programs.

I believe it was Admiral Nelson who said "I never respond to letters marked
'urgent' as, invariably, the contents are only urgent to the author..." (I
may have paraphrased a little).

This is only urgent to you - is it a matter of life and death? No, it is
not, therefore, it is not "urgent". You will have to learn to have
patience...
