Hardware wizard tries to intall "atwpkt"?!

When starting up windows xp the add hardware wizard has started showing that
new hardware ATWPKT needs installing, and then says it can't. I've traced
this to a virtual device in the AOL software. If I delete it or rename it I
can't connect on my broadband connection. In my device manager it shows as a
conflict in "other devices" and if I disable or uninstall it all is well for
a few days then it comes back! Anyone got any ideas?

Gotta love what AOHell does to computers. Uninstall AOL and get yourself a
real ISP. To completely uninstall AOL, I am afraid you will need to do a
reformat and reinstall XP.
