I can no longer use Task Manager. I get an message stating it has been
disable by your administrator. Which isn't true. I haven't disabled it on
myself. It just started doing this on it's own. How do I enable it again?

Run the edit on Kelly's site, line 113, " Enable the Task Manager" at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Read the info at the top of the page for how to run the edit.

Alternately edit the registry manually. Start | Run | Regedit | Ok

Drill down to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Set DisableTaskMgr to 0
