Buddy, can anyone solve the problem for me?
My friend had to recover the system to factory setting (IBM). He saved all
of the useful informatin in my laptop. The diverctory is as following:
C:/documents and settings/All users/ShareDocs
As soon as he reinstalled the system, he copied all of the files. But it is
weird that I couldn't delete the files in that folder. Please help me.

Sounds like the way the files were copied, user security was included.
There are a number utilities that do this for you. Anyway, I recommend
logging on as Administrator to delete those files. Basically I am guessing
you don't have security to update those files.

Logging on as Administrator can't solve the problem. I've taken the Ownership
of these files according to the introduction, it's a pitty, I still can't get
rid of those files.
Anyhow, thank you guys for your enthusiasm.

Create a Bart's PE boot CD and delete the files after booting from that.
