I'm told there actually is an Administrator account in Windows XP Home
Edition and that you can only access it in Safe mode. It must have some
default password applied to it, correct? Does anyone know what the password
is?

Actually in most OEM installations, there is no password assigned to this account.

There is no default password. Unless one is set after the initial
installation, it is blank.

It's blank, by default.

The password is left blank. Use F8 to get into Safe mode and assign a
password to it. But be careful to make sure you have a way to remember - for
sure - in case you want to log on as Administrator later on.
