When I registered my computer I put in my entire name. Now my entire name
shows up in my user profile and also in the documents and settings. I tried
changing the name in documents and settings but I received a message that
said: My name is a Windows System folder and is required by Windows to run
properly. It can not be removed or renamed.

I do not want my entire name attached to all my files and folders. Is there
anyway of removing this. If you are the wrong person to contact on this
please let me know who I need to contact. thank you.

Sincerely,
Rick Nanez

Create a new profile with the name you want to show as the folder name.
Copy any settings from the old profile to the new, then delete the old
profile and folders with it.
