Why do people with Yahoo e-mail receive my messages from Hotmail, but I
don´t receive theirs? And it doesn´t matter if I am using IE or Outlook
Express along with XP Pro.

Have you checked the Junk mail folder. I have a suspicion that Hotmail
treats mail from Yahoo or Gmail as junk.
