Recently setup a test bed Server 2003 Small Business Edition on a box and XP
Professional clients. When logging onto the network through XP it takes 5-10
minutes. This seems like an eternity to sit and wait for the "Loading Your
Personal Settings" window to disappear. Is there a simple solution to this
problem I'm just overlooking?

Thanks, Darrell

Yes. Most probably you have the DNS set up wrong. The server should look
to itself for DNS with forwarders set for Internet access. Workstations
should only look to the server for DNS.
