After Windows XP Service pack 2 (SP2) is installed, right clicking mouse may
cause the following error:

"Application name" has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Possible cause: Dr. Divx Encoding Application does not compatible with
Windows XP SP2

Remove Divx/Divx Pro/Dr DivX using "add/remove programs" from the control
panel
Upgrade to a compatible version of Divx when available from 3rd party.

For Dr. Divx, please refer to http://www.divx.com/divx/drdivx/

Note: Divx Codec will not cause this issue.

Hope that helps, good luck.
