Automatically invoke "receive" when starting?

This is easy in Outlook Express. Can it be done in Outlook 2003?

Wrong newsgroup, but I believe I know the answer. Click on Tools, Options,
Mail Setup Tab, then Send/Receive Button. Ta Da!
