Same desktop with two different logins

On my notebook, I have two logins. Home use and network logins. How do I
have the same desktop shortcuts for both logins. Do I place the shortcuts in
the All Users desktop subdirectory or is there another way of doing it.

yes you can put the shortcuts in the all user desktop folder

Yes, you can place the shortcuts in this common path:

%allusersprofile%\Desktop
