PLZ PLZ PPLZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I turned on my computer , log-in to
my user account, then nothing, absolutly nothing............. just a mouse,
can't right click, no taskbar, no start button ...............I need to use
the process manager(alt+Ctrl+del) to acceses programs, Help, plz plz
plz.....................

Run a system restore.
Access task manager, run c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

If no help, access Safe mode ( F8 key when system restarts ) choose
Administrator account, create a new user account and transfer profile
settings.

Quick answer: try re-booting in safe mode.

Does it behave this way if you logon as a different user?
