Problem with DirectX after moveing to SP2.

Under SP1 I could install direct-x 9.0c. Now, under SP2, the components give
me 9.0b and the 9.0c redist installer runs but does nothing.
Any idea what's going on?

It is DirectX 9.0c which is in SP2.
However, some registry keys are misisng:

Btw, for SP1 you don't need to install the 9.0c but rather you can use QFE
(see the latest feature QFE for SP1).
