Edit or Delete File folder registered type

Under Folder Options, I created a new file type called File Folder and was
trying to add the menu item "New Folder" when I right click on my mouse
anywhere. Inside a folder or on my desktop. I wanted the New Folder option
right there instead of scrolling down and over for it.

Now whenever I click to open any folder, it goes to Search, because that is
the default action it is set to. If I change it to the other selection, it
will create a folder in the folder I am trying to open.

I hope I explained myself properly. . . .
