This error comes up when booting up.

Your SQL Server Installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with
(Could not open SQLEVN70.RLL). Please uninstall then rerun setup to correct
this problem.

Please advise.

That's the thing I didn't install it iin the first place, so I'm not sure how
to uninstall it.

That would seem to me to be info you should have given in the first
