I believe it's located in the Administrator account check what the wall
paper is when logged in as admin. If you're useing the admin account (not a
good idea for everyday) check the default user profile.

Thanks Joe, checked that, all of my accounts are administrator ones but only
one is mainly used (my own), another is for my partner but only gets used a
couple of times a week - none of the accounts uses the bliss wallpaper, it's
just so stange as to why this came about, it's only a very minor thing but
just a bit annoying to just have'bliss' display for about 2-3 seconds then I
get the 'welcome' screen, everything else works perfect - at least I don't
have the problems I had on Windows 98 First Edition!
