Computer Restarts Itself After Shutdown

Any ideas on this one. This just started happening recently. When I shut
down my system completely, a minute or two later the computer restarts
itself all by itself without me touching anything. This is not from
sleep mode but from complete shutdown. This has never happened before
and the computer is fine otherwise. I have a Gateway Pentium 4 2.8 with
1 gig ram, and there is another computer in the house as a host computer
with a DSL router, but this has never happened before. Thanks. Tom
