Mitsubishi DV648UT Scanner

I was recommended to post my problem on this group. If you read the story so
far below you will see the problem I have and what has been tried.
Mitsubishi Australia has made suggestions but none of them have worked
either.
Can any one help me please?

Whoops! I guess what I said was subject to misinterpretation.
Not sure what kind of reception a recycled thread will get here.
I thought you would rewrite the story.
