I have a Dell D800 Laptop I use for work/home.

At work I dual screen it with an external monitor and at home I will
just use the laptop.

Now, heres my boggle. When I unplug it and take it home, all is good.
But the next day I go back to work and plug it in (dual screen) the
mouse speed is down two notches from yesterday. So I will put it up two
(so I can scroll up to the other screen quicker) and all is fine.

Then again, go home, fine. Go back to work. Mouse setting has gone back
AGAIN! I go through this idiosyncratic routine every day. Its driving
me mad!

Any suggestions would be fantastic.

Hmm! Other than having to think about this <smile>, I would suggest using a
toggle script. :o)
