Hi Moli,

Did you add "Date/Time Control Panel"? It is found in Software/System/User
Interface/Shells/Windows Shell.

Moli ,

What's exactly happening when you change the time and click OK in the "Date
and Time Properties" dialog?
Do you have "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server" option
set (Internet time page of the same dialog)?

Moli add the Date/Time properties control panel and if still it isnt
working then go for the usage of the regmon and see if there are any
registry entry or file which is missing in the build.Make sure all the
dependencies of date/time properties panel is included.
