Have heard so much about this, not sure if should enable or not. If I do
enable - do I enable everything in setup of what. Thanks for any help.

Not advisable to enable it for casual browsing, but enable it for sites you
are willing to trust

(in Internet Explorer) Tools > Internet Options > Security

No, enable ActiveX in your browser - its a plugin.

Try this:
Control Panel
Internet Options
Security Tab
"Custom level" button
Make sure the window says "Medium"
Click Reset
Click OK
Click Apply
Click OK
