Remote Assistance

After reviewing too many posts here, haven't seen this issue...

We have a customer who needs to allow a software vendor to shadow sessions
on XP Pro to replicate/resolve errors. Remote Assistance is set up, and when
they send a request to us, we are able to get in just fine, and everything
works. But the vendor states they cannot get in, and only get a message
stating the "password is invalid." We have verified the password w/ them
every time.

Any ideas?
