How to avoid the interrupts of opening programs

Some programs, whuie opening, interrupt the execution of other programs when
they finally open. For example, when I start a browser, if I go to the
window of another program, I'm interrupted when the browser finally opens
and the window of the browser also opens, overlapping the present window.
I'd like to know if there is some setting of XP to avoid this.

This is known as "stealing focus." I control this on my setup using TweakUI
for XP. TweakUI is one of the Power toys for XP. A link to the download can
be found here:

Thank you. I used it in the past and it seemed it didn't run all the times.
But now I've downloaded the last version and maybe it has effect every time.
