Sometimes there are blocked processes I can't kill with task manager. Are
there very powerful task killer programs or practical ways to end these
processes?
Thanks.

It you can't terminate the process via Task Manager, try the command line version TASKKILL. Open a command prompt window and enter TASKKILL /? for the command line options.
