Has anyone been able to hack XP in order to re-enable LAN play
with MS Hearts? It really sucks that MS has disabled that feature.

I understand that Win98s Hearts used the NETBUI protocol for LAN play.
Is there a NETBUI for XP?

It is NetBEUI and it is found on the WinXP Distribution CDROM.

Thanks for the reply, I have NETBEUI installed and ran the hearts.exe w/
cards.dll that I copied over but still no go. I now see the network
options but they're grayed out. Would love to hear from anybody who has
got this to work.
