There is a new version of the CDO interface but the old version can still be
accessed if you had it bookmarked. Usually when you go to the page it reads
Newsgroup Unavailable, but occasionally you can see the first and second
pages before you get the Newsgroup Unavailable. You can still send a post
from there even when it says it is unavailable.
