Does anyone have direct experience with the dameware utilities? Is their
Mini Remote Control tool a good remote control tool? What is your experience
of actually remotely installing the client? Does it work well like they say?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I use dameware NT utilities regularly as I support up to 17,000 users along
with my colleagues. Never had a problem with it and have found it to be far
superior to PC Duo and PC Anywhere
