Folders not alphabetical
Why do some of my folders have their subfolders in an inverse alphabetical
order i.e. start on z and end on a?
How can I fix this?

Just click on the column border, where it says "Name," and the order will
reverse.
That is, if you use Details View.

Or right click an empty spot in the window, Arrange Icons, by Name.
