[JiffyFingers]

I've been given a Microsoft Picture It! Express 9 file which I am unable to
open. The file returns the messsage "Sorry, this file can't be opened". I
have Picture It! 7 and 9 '(including the update) on my system. I believe the
file was saved in such a way that the file would open on its own. Why, then,
am I unable to open the file? (One version is in CMYK Color the other PMS
Color)
