I have no Windows XP cd. I only have a recovery CD. Can you make a windows xp
cd.

No. The recovery CD is a disk image.

Rhys, unfortunately, folks who purchase OEM computers with "recovery" CD's
are getting a lesser OS. Your recovery CD is not a fully functional XP CD,
and cannot be used to generate a fully functional XP CD. If you need the
abilities of a full XP CD, you would at least have to *purchase* the OEM (as
oppsed to Retail) version of XP.
