Gigabyte GA-7VT600 motherboard

Three ram slots, first two used, third slot empty but sys info on various
progs says that the third slot has 32mb ram.

Any idea why this is please?

Hi Paul,

Perhaps it is detecting and reporting shared video ram?

NO! Depending on the type of memory that is install, the memory can be
reported as

Slot 0,1
Slot 2,3

These indicated the FIRST TWO memory slots.
