How to lunch an application with xp compatiblity option forced

hello i am developing a luncher for an application that normaly dont
run on xp
i have found that if i use compatiblity option it will work
is there any solution to code a luncher that enforce this compatiblity
option ?

Two ham sandwiches should do it. Ever heard the story of how mumma cass choked on a chicken bone in a ham sandwich.
