Hi,

I have managed to change the static and animated logo that appears in the
top right corner of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express but can't seem to
change the static/anim in Windows Explorer.

I achieved the above using X-Setup, but it doesn't have an option to change
the Explorer version so I Goggled the question and followed the instructions
which involved running gpedit.msc. I know this is where the problem lies as
the "Apply" button still remain ghosted after changing the data.

Any ideas?
